The QCP certification is designed for directors of nursing services, QAPI managers, nursing home administrators, nurse managers, social services directors, activities directors, and staff development directors.

Your registration includes two days of instruction from a Master Teacher covering the five courses of the QCP program, access to digital workshop materials, and access to the overall certification exam. We suggest downloading and saving each PDF to a device of your choice. Although not required, you may print the PDFs at your own expense.
