After participating in this session, learners will be able to:

• Describe the benefit of restorative nursing programs (RNPs) to the resident’s overall well-being
• Recognize the different types of RNPs
• Understand how to overcome barriers and integrate RNPs into daily care routines
• Explain the financial benefits of RNPs on Medicare’s Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) and some State Medicaid case-mix groups
• Understand the impact of RNPs on regulatory requirements

1.25 contact hours will be awarded for this continuing nursing education activity. Learners must view at least 80% of the entire video and complete the associated evaluation to receive the contact hours. No partial credit will be awarded.
