On-Demand Webinar: The FY 2023 SNF PPS Final Rule - What’s New and What’s Around the Corner?

Recorded On: 09/22/2022

The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Prospective Payment System (PPS) Final Rule confirmed changes to ICD-10-CM mapping, a two-year phase-in for the recalibration of the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) parity adjustment, and new measures for the SNF Quality Reporting Program (QRP) and SNF Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) program. Additionally, the Final Rule provided insight into major changes coming to the MDS on October 1, 2023, that will incorporate the standardized patent assessment data elements (SPADEs), increasing the comprehensive MDS item set from 51 to 58 pages.
