RAC-CT Course - Care Area Assessments and the MDS 3.0

Upon completion of Care Area Assessments and the MDS 3.0, the participant will be able to:

  • Outline the role of the CAAs
  • Describe the CAA process
  • Discuss CAA documentation requirements, including assessment findings and date requirements for V0200B2 and V0200C2
  • List three sources of evidence-based tools for conducting the CAA assessments

4.14 contact hours will be awarded for this continuing nursing education activity. Learners must complete the entire education activity and associated evaluation to receive the contact hours. No partial credit will be awarded. Contact hours will be awarded for this activity until October 7, 2027.
